Corrugated box printing machine is a machine composed of different units, and each of its units has different specifications, so customers can choose the machine that suits them according to their production needs.
Taking the slotting unit as an example, the slotting unit can be divided into three types according to its different slotting blade adjustment methods: the first is manual slotting blade adjustment. Whether it is the spacing between the slotting blades or the slotting depth of the slotting blades, they must be adjusted manually when they need to be adjusted. Although this slotting blade adjustment method can reduce the cost of the machine to the lowest, but the adjustment time will reach dozens of minutes, and the adjustment accuracy also depends entirely on the proficiency of the adjuster. Therefore, unless there are some special circumstances, we generally do not recommend this configuration.
The second is electric button blade adjustment. The slotting blade spacing and slotting depth can be adjusted by electric buttons. This configuration takes into account both machine cost and adjustment efficiency. It is the most cost-effective choice among the many configurations of the corrugated box printing machine, and it is also the configuration we strongly recommend to customers. This configuration cost is slightly higher than manual adjustment, but it reduces the adjustment time visibly. A skilled worker can reduce the adjustment time to about 15 minutes, which undoubtedly greatly improves production efficiency and saves time costs.
Finally, there is the PLC fully automatic one-click order exchange adjustment. This adjustment method relies on the PLC control panel for adjustment: before adjustment, you only need to input the slot spacing and slot depth you want into the machine through the PLC panel, and the machine can automatically adjust itself. This method compresses the adjustment time to an incredible level. It only takes 5 minutes for the machine to complete the adjustment, and the adjustment accuracy is undoubtedly much higher than the previous two methods.
